Acmewin Launches RF Splitter with Imbalance Detector

Acmewin International Corp. has introduced an RF Splitter with Imbalance Detector for RF power distribution and abnormal-condition monitoring in plasma processing equipment.

The unit distributes RF power to multiple outputs and monitors differences between output paths. Its monitoring interface is designed to support equipment-level status review and fault detection during operation.

The compact enclosure and standard RF connections are intended to support integration review for selected equipment configurations. Interface, power level, connector arrangement and application requirements are confirmed for each project.

Aibo Dry Asher Energy-Saving Technology Invited to Exhibit at 2026 Taiwan Innotech Expo

Acmewin International Corp. announced that its patented Aibo Dry Asher energy-saving and heat-recovery technology was invited to participate in the Taiwan Patent Super Station at the 2026 Taiwan Innotech Expo.

The invited patent is titled Wafer Processing Equipment with Heat Recovery Function, Patent No. M649923. The technology had previously received a Gold Medal at the Moscow International Archimedes Invention Exhibition.

The Aibo Dry Asher concept applies thermal-energy recovery to support equipment energy-efficiency review in semiconductor wafer processing. Actual performance depends on equipment configuration, process conditions and project validation.

The exhibit presents Acmewin's work in energy-saving process design, thermal-efficiency optimization and plasma processing equipment development.

The 2026 Taiwan Innotech Expo is scheduled for September 17-19, 2026, at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1.

Acmewin will continue developing the Aibo platform and related semiconductor equipment technologies.

Acmewin Completes Another Aibo II Dry Asher Shipment

Acmewin International Corp. completed another Aibo II Dry Asher shipment for MEMS manufacturing.

The Aibo II Dry Asher supports plasma photoresist stripping for selected wafer configurations. System configuration, process scope and acceptance requirements are reviewed for each project.

The shipment reflects continued evaluation of Aibo equipment for semiconductor manufacturing applications.

Acmewin Announces Aibo II Dry Asher FEOL Process Verification Milestone

Acmewin International Corp. announced a front-end-of-line process verification milestone for the Aibo II Dry Asher following long-term technical collaboration with a semiconductor research partner.

The work reviewed plasma photoresist stripping on selected wafer structures and process conditions.

The milestone supports continued engineering evaluation of the Aibo II platform for semiconductor process applications. Results remain dependent on wafer structure, material stack, equipment configuration and recipe validation.

Acmewin will continue product and process development through controlled technical collaboration and project-specific review.

New Product: Analog Output PCB Released

Acmewin released the AIC-802-8 analog output PCB for selected legacy equipment support applications.

The board provides eight analog outputs with 12-bit resolution and selectable output ranges for compatible ISA-bus configurations.

The product may be reviewed as a replacement option for selected UEI-802-8 and RTI-802-8 applications. Compatibility depends on the installed equipment, interface and revision.
